By submitting a story and image on our Ideas Wall you are taken to have accepted these Terms and Conditions set out below. 

Competition Terms and Conditions

• Open to ages 18+
• You can submit more than one photo and/or story
• You will only submit content which you have personally created or have the right to submit
• You must have permission from the person/people in the image and/or story and will be asked to confirm this when you submit
• You have the approval of all parents and/or legal guardians of the child/children depicted in the entry
• You may be contacted to request a higher resolution of your photo (if submitting an image)
• By submitting your photo and/or story you agree to allow the City of Melville to:
  • Alter the photo colours (if submitting an image)

• Photos that are not of a high quality or resolution may not be displayed
• Stories must be no longer 500 character limit
• Photos and/or stories that are deemed inappropriate may not be displayed
• The prize is as follows:
  • There are 5 x $50 JB Hi-Fi vouchers to be won
  • One voucher per winner
  • City of Melville employees and Elected Members are not eligible in the draw
  • Winners will be selected at random from all submissions received
  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered
  • Winners will be notified by email
